Join us for our second Hands and Hearts Community Event—a restorative evening of sound healing and connection, led by our very own Ms. Shay. Together, we’ll enjoy a soothing sound bath and warm tea as we enter the winter season with mindfulness and community. This gathering offers a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect in a cozy and welcoming space.

This event is open to all—current MWS families, alumni, friends, and extended community members. Please note that this is an adult-only event.

When & Where:
January 29 from 5:30-7 in the Festival Hall.

What to Bring:
Please bring water, along with a yoga mat or blanket to lie on for your comfort.

Contribution:
We’re offering this session on a sliding scale to welcome all who’d like to participate. A $5 deposit is required to register, with additional contributions welcome at the event via check, cash, or credit card. While a contribution between $10 and $20 is appreciated, please feel free to choose the amount that works best for you. Your support is much appreciated!

Childcare:
Childcare will be available for current MWS Families , $5 per child. Please email adenardo@mnwaldorf.org if you will be utilizing it .
