Join us as we begin the school year with intention and stillness, gently settling into a new rhythm of daily life. As part of our monthly Heart & Hands series, this special evening invites you to reconnect—with yourself, your breath, and the unfolding year ahead.
Led by Ms. Shay, this grounding sound bath offers a shared experience of rest and renewal for adults and students in grades 7 and up who attend with a parent or guardian.
Warm tea will be served, and all are welcome to linger and visit afterward. Please bring a mat or blanket to rest on, a water bottle, and a travel mug if you’d like to take your tea to go (we’ll also have mugs available).
Space is limited and registration is required. All proceeds support our Teacher Training Fund, helping to nourish the continued growth of our beloved faculty.
