2026 MWS Holiday Fair Vendor Application

The Holiday Fair Committee is now welcoming vendor applications for the 43rd Annual Minnesota Waldorf Holiday Fair & Market!
This year’s Artisan Market will be open for a free adults only shopping experience on Friday November 20th, 5:30-7pm and the big family fair day on Saturday November 21st, 10am-3pm. The MWS Holiday Fair is both a major social activity for the community at large, as well as a fundraiser for our school. We’re anticipating another packed event with over 800 attendees from throughout the Twin Cities!
Space is limited, we are unable to accept all vendor applications. All accepted Vendors will be notified via email on October 1st
Vendor contract and payments are due October 15th.
