The School Day
Hours of operation
School doors open at 8:20 a.m. and classes begin at 8:30 a.m. The school days ends at 3:20 p.m. The school operates before care and after care programs for children registered at Minnesota Waldorf School whose parents need to drop them off before or pick them up after the regular school day. Before-school care begins at 7:30 a.m. and after-school care ends at 5:45 p.m.
The Kindergarten meets five mornings per week, from 8:30-12:30.
The afternoon childcare program provides a home-like atmosphere
and ends at 3:20.
Lunch
During the school day the children have a morning snack time and lunch in their classrooms. Children bring their snack and lunch from home. We encourage parents to provide nutritious and simple items for their children’s meals.
Bus transportation
Children who live within the Maplewood and Roseville school districts can be transported home from school in the afternoon by bus. Buses may be used for school and class field trips.
